Ropewalker risked his life for a 400-meter pass at altitude

French tightrope walker Tatiana-Mosio Bongong walked 400 meters on a strained cable at an altitude of about 80 meters. According to Euronews, the extreme performance took place in northern France.

The show took place in the commune of Los en Goel. The cable was fixed between two large terricons – mounds that survived in the region after mining.

The entire distance Bongong covered without a safety tether. During the movement on the cable, it was not limited to normal balancing and showed acrobatic elements.

Over nine thousand people watched the unusual performance. The transition was accompanied by live music: the choir and musicians performed the composition of Pierre Bachelet “Les Corons”.

The rope walker successfully reached the other end of the rope. After the performance, the audience greeted her with applause, and Bongong herself was presented with a bouquet of flowers.
