November 2026 brought good financial news for certain categories of Russians. Although no global indexation has been announced, some citizens can expect tangible income growth and changes in their usual payment schedules.

The main bonus of the month awaits those who celebrated their 80th birthday in October. From this month, the fixed part of their insurance pension will automatically double: the amount will increase from 9,584 to 19,169 rubles. And if the pensioner officially issued compensation for care, he will be additionally charged 1,413 rubles. In total, such an increase can reach an impressive 11,000 rubles.

The good news is that you do not need to go to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR), the recalculation will take place automatically. However, there is an important nuance: the rule of doubling does not apply to recipients of a disability pension group I, as they already have an increased fixed payment (except for cases of recent status, when the adjustment has not yet been made).

Also, due to the state holiday on November 4, the schedule of social benefits for children was adjusted. October payments (single allowance up to 17 years, money to pregnant, non-working parents of babies up to 1.5 years, families with a firstborn up to 3 years and parents of children of draftees) will come to the accounts earlier than standard terms.

Money from the maternity capital is expected on November 5, and working parents will transfer the allowance for child care up to one and a half years on the 7th. From next month, the schedule will return to standard. You will not have to collect any new applications or certificates – it is enough to control the balance of your bank card.
