Temperatures below 0 degrees are not expected in the Tver region in late October

The weather forecast for the end of October was shared in the Tver hydrometeorological center.

According to weather forecasters, in the Upper Volga region in the last week of October, the air temperature will not fall below 0 degrees both day and night. In the dark, the indicators of thermometers will be kept in the range from 0 to +5 degrees. During the day, a gradual slight cooling is predicted. So, on October 28 in the daytime, the air temperature will be from +8 to +13 degrees, and on October 31 - from +5 to +10 degrees.

Precipitation is forecast only on the day of October 31. Until October 30, the wind will be south, then it will change to south-west and west. Wind speed will be 2-7 meters per second at night and 4-9 meters per second in the afternoon.
