In the Unified register of inspections of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation published information that came from the territorial administration of Rospotrebnadzor after the appeal of a resident of the city of Slates. He complained about the lack of lighting of the site at the garbage collection near the house road between houses No. 5 and No. 7 on Dzerzhinsky Street.

Specialists of Rospotrebnadzor conducted an on-site survey and measured the level of artificial lighting of the site. It was less than required sanitary standards - only 2 lux. At this level of light, the contours of objects are barely distinguishable.

It was also established that the organization of street lighting within the boundaries of the settlement is the responsibility of the local government. As a result, the administration of the city of Slates was sent a warning demanding to eliminate the violation and ensure compliance with the legislation on sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
