Crimean entrepreneurs were given advice on how to accelerate the introduction of AI

Businesses can integrate artificial intelligence faster if they test hypotheses while preparing data. This was stated by the head of the direction “Artificial intelligence” IT-holding T1 Sergey Golitsyn, reports NEWS.ru.

According to Golitsyn, pilot AI projects can be launched without large-scale preliminary work. The information inside the corporate circuit is usually already cleaned and structured, such as data that has passed through CRM systems.

On such arrays, it is permissible to test ideas with minimal investment. The expert compared the raw data with the inscriptions on the fence, stressing that they do not relate to information passed through corporate systems.

It is on this “raw material”, according to him, it is possible to test hypotheses without large costs. Golitsyn advises to invest in improving the quality of data and their markup only after the result is confirmed.

A separate approach is required when preparing data for training AI models. Fundamental models depend the most on data quality. The expert recalled that it was because of the poor quality that the first prototypes often hallucinated and gave out memorized information. Now such problems are much less common, concluded Golitsyn.

Investing in AI models, he said, reduces the risk of providing false information.

In Crimea, artificial intelligence is already used in various areas – from housing and communal services to the judicial system and support for entrepreneurs. In March 2026, it became known about plans to create a digital platform “MoiZhKHKrim” using AI to accelerate the processing of citizens’ appeals.

In September 2026, Marina Rudenko, Director of the Center for AI and Big Data Analysis at KFU, said that AI technologies help to record traffic violations and analyze data, and in the future will accelerate administrative proceedings in courts.
