Kubrakov presented to the staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee a new head

The Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov presented to the personnel of the Internal Affairs Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee a new leader - Alexander Kupchen. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, writes sb.by.

The Minister noted the professional qualities of Alexander Kupceni:

- The appointed leader mainly worked in the direction of the public security police, started from the ground and knows his service well. This is a man who is demanding, first of all to himself and, of course, to subordinates. Staff are requested to provide all possible support. One in the field is not a warrior, only together you can perform tasks! I appeal in particular to the heads of the ROVD: Alexander Stepanovich will understand all issues, will understand, but it will be better if everyone in his place truthfully conveys information, points to problematic issues. And it is the duty of the head of the Internal Affairs Department to solve them, if necessary, with support at the republican level. Help will be provided without fail!

Ivan Kubrakov stressed that today residents and guests of the region feel safe. All conditions have been created in the units to carry out service qualitatively. But there are aspects that require a response.

- The problem of domestic crime can be solved only if you reach the population. There should be timely prevention. And in this direction, the appointed head thoroughly masters all the nuances. In addition, many foreigners come to the region for employment - maximum control is needed here. The priority — and road safety, — said the head of the interior Ministry. At the forefront is the discipline of personnel! It is important to unite the team, then any questions will be on the shoulder!

The Minister congratulated Alexander Kupchen on her appointment, wished good luck, success and health.

The new head of the Department of Internal Affairs thanked the Minister for his trust and assured that the police of the region will make every effort to fulfill the tasks set.

He served in the IDN, headed the department of supervisory and executive activities of the Mingory Executive Committee and the UOPP of the capital police. In 2021, he was appointed head of the main department of law enforcement and prevention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
