The deprivation of rights forced to pay: the Pskov father repaid the alimony debt of 233 thousand rubles

For a long time, the man ignored parental duties, but the loss of the ability to drive a car was a decisive argument for him. The bailiffs of the Pskov region achieved full repayment of alimony debt in the amount of 233 thousand rubles after the application of complex restrictive measures.

According to the regional office of the FSSP, the debtor for years evaded the maintenance of the child. To influence the unscrupulous father, bailiffs used several levers of pressure at once:

It was the deprivation of the driver's license that had an immediate effect. As soon as the certificate ceased to operate, the man immediately paid all the arrears in full.

However, the work of the bailiffs is not completed on this. In order to ensure the regular receipt of funds for the maintenance of the child, from the salary of the debtor will now be deducted monthly statutory part of earnings.

MK in Pskov reminds: inaction in the performance of alimony obligations is expensive. Restrictive measures are designed to return debtors to reality and protect the most important thing – the child’s right to care and maintenance from parents.
