Lukashenko: preferential regime of the EAEU is a new opportunity for Belarus in the Mongolian market

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko connects the prospects for the growth of Belarusian-Mongolian trade with the temporary trade agreement between the EAEU and Mongolia, which entered into force in July 2026. He stated this at wide-ranging talks with President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh in Minsk on October 26, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti news agency reports.

Belarusian consumers are waiting for the appearance on the shelves of Mongolian cashmere, leather and wool products, and other products. He stressed that in accordance with the agreement, customs duties on these goods were zeroed.

- Manufacturing and trading companies should quickly take advantage of this advantage. The preferential regime of the EAEU is new opportunities for us in the Mongolian market, Alexander Lukashenko said.
