MART revealed violations in the sale of pyrotechnics in the Minsk region and Zaslavl

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade conducted monitoring in Expobel and Zaslavsky shopping centers, during which facts of retail sale of pyrotechnic products in violation of the established order were revealed. This is reported by MART, writes sb.by.

In September 2026, MART specialists checked retail facilities on the territory of Expobel shopping center (Minsk district) and Zaslavsky shopping center (Zaslavl). As noted in the Ministry, earlier control measures against sellers of pyrotechnics have already been carried out, but not all comply with the requirements.

During the inspections, it was established that pyrotechnic products were sold in retail facilities, retail trade of which is prohibited in Belarus. Subjects have been issued orders to terminate implementation. Monitoring of compliance with the legislation continues.

The mechanism for the sale of pyrotechnic products depending on the hazard class is determined by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2025 No. 3 "On the turnover of pyrotechnic products".
