The mayor of Voronezh invited citizens to Saturday October 10

On Wednesday, September 23, the head of Voronezh Sergey Petrin in his Max-channel told about the round-the-clock work of urban improvement plants and invited residents to the autumn Saturday.

Now the improvement services continue to work without interruptions: they collect garbage and fallen foliage, sweep roads and sidewalks, restore order at stops, in parks and squares, and also restore lawns. From next week in the city starts the autumn month of improvement, and October 10 will be a city-wide Saturday. Within the framework of district and city subbotniks, it is planned to remove territories that are not included in the daily plans of plants and subordinate institutions of the environmental management.

- We invite residents of Voronezh to join the sanitary days and contribute to the improvement of the city, wrote Sergey Petrin. Together we will make the city cleaner and more comfortable.

Those who go out on Saturday on their own, for the organization of removal of collected garbage should contact the district administrations.

In addition, the mayor’s office reminded about the imminent completion of accepting applications for the competition in the field of environmental protection. It is held annually and unites creative teams, organizations, scientists, social activists and businessmen who conduct environmental and environmental education work.
