A place where people are supported: a gala evening was held at Integrale on the Day of Machine Builders

The festive event, timed to the Day of Machine Builder, was held at Integral on September 22, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

Today, the company is a large holding company with more than 60 years of experience in the field of microelectronics. The plant carries out a full cycle of development and production of integrated circuits, discrete semiconductor devices and medical equipment. Products are supplied to dozens of countries of the world, providing the most important processes of import substitution in the engineering industry.

The high technological level of the enterprise is confirmed at the state level. As the Deputy General Director for Development and Production Preparation of Integral OJSC Maxim Maksimovich noted, one of the key developments of the holding – the integrated circuit – was officially awarded the State Quality Mark.

- Recognition of products at such a high level confirms the competitiveness of domestic chips in both domestic and foreign markets. This is not just a high award, but a powerful incentive for the team to move on and continue the large-scale modernization of production lines, said Maksimovich.

The central part of the evening was the celebration of the best employees of the company. Deserved awards to factory workers were presented by representatives of ministries, departments and management of the enterprise.

Including the best employees were awarded certificates of honor and gratitude of the Minsk City Executive Committee. The congratulations were joined by the head of the administration of the October district of Minsk Eduard Tomilchik.

The district is sincerely proud that the flagship of the domestic electronics industry operates on its territory. The professionalism of the Integral team, the continuity of generations and the desire for constant development allow the plant to confidently hold the quality mark and make a significant contribution to the economic stability of the entire capital, he said.

Special attention was paid at the ceremony to experienced masters. The Honorary Diploma of the Minsk City Executive Committee was awarded to a locksmith-instrumentalist of the production of the branch "Electronics Plant" Sergey Filonchik.

- For me, this award is a recognition of the long journey we have travelled with the plant. Over 47 years, technology and generations have changed before my eyes, but one thing has remained unchanged: Integral has always been based on people who are dedicated to their work. It is nice that the leadership of the city, district and native holding appreciates our many years of work, the veteran of production shared his impressions.

Other awardees also expressed their gratitude to the company.

- I am sincerely grateful to Integral Holding for this path and for the opportunities that are opening up for us here. For all these years, even the thought did not arise anywhere to go, although there were attempts to poach from the outside. What kept me here for so long and what keeps me here? The plant is constantly modernizing and developing, so there are plenty of opportunities for the implementation of creative and engineering solutions. “Integral” is a place where people are really supported, and I never planned to change my favorite work, said Elena Bagnovets, head of workshop No. 1.

- Since my candidacy was nominated for a Gratitude, it means that the contribution to the development of the enterprise is really noticeable and valuable. I think our factory is very promising. My life position is simple: if a person sincerely wants something and sets goals for himself, he necessarily achieves them. All conditions have been created here and there are excellent prospects for career and professional growth, so everything will continue to move only on an increasing basis, the deputy head of the workshop No. 1 for organizing the production of the IMC and PP Assembly Plant branch summed up.
