According to the Ministry of Ecology, violations were identified by inspectors of environmental supervision in the Barybino microdistrict. At the sites recorded excavations with the use of construction waste, which blocked a significant area of land. In addition, due to the storage of garbage, the banks and bed of the Vostets river have changed.
In order to assess the consequences, specialists from an accredited laboratory were connected to the inspection - they calculated the damage caused to the soils and the water body. The total amount exceeded 18 million rubles, now the Ministry intends to recover these funds from the owner through the court.
