The Ministry of Health of Belarus has revised the maximum selling prices for medicines of domestic production

The Ministry of Healthcare, by resolution No. 101 of September 17, 2026, revised the maximum selling prices for Belarusian-made medicines. This is reported by sb.by with reference to the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus.

Maximum selling prices are prescribed for drugs for various purposes: antiparasitic, dermatological, antiinfectious, antitumor and immunomodulatory agents, drugs for the respiratory system, digestive tract and metabolism, blood and blood-forming organs, nervous system, for the treatment of diseases of the senses.

In the list of medicines of such manufacturers as RUE "Belmedpreparaty", Belarusian-Dutch joint venture LLC "FARMLAND", CJSC "BELASEPTIKA", IPTUP "Reb-Pharma", LLC "Pharmtechnologiya", OJSC "Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations", OJSC "Nesvizhsky Plant of Medical Products", RUE "AKADEMPHARM", RUE Biotechnology Plant and JSC "FERIN".

The document also establishes maximum selling prices for gaseous and liquid oxygen. It is fixed that the price of gaseous oxygen includes the cost of works, services for filling the balloon, loading and unloading works on the territory of the legal entity engaged in the production of gaseous oxygen, temporary use by the consumer of the balloon.

The legal act was adopted in accordance with the Decree of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "On some issues of price regulation (tariffs) in the Republic of Belarus".

Resolution No. 101 comes into force on October 1, 2026.
