Large families in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will start buying minibuses
This was told in the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

From January 1, 2027, a new measure to support large families is introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. At the birth of the seventh or subsequent child, the family will purchase a minibus. This was reported by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
“We have previously provided such assistance in a targeted manner. Now we are fixing it as a systematic measure of support. Parents with many children often talk about the need to have a large car in the family during our meetings, the head of the region explained.
According to him, the regional government has already made the necessary changes to the state program “Development of the system of social support for citizens” for 2027-2029. The new measure will take effect from January 1, 2027.
Thus, the assistance will cease to be one-time and will become part of a permanent support system. Previously, minibuses were provided to large families targeted, on separate appeals. Now the right to transport will be given to all families in which there will be a seventh or subsequent child.
Earlier, the President called the support of fertility and large families one of the priorities for the country. In 2025, Russia launched the national project “Family”, aimed at improving the quality of life of Russian families with children.
The national project includes five federal programs: “Multiple Family”, “Family Support”, “Motherhood and Childhood Protection”, “Older Generation”, “Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure”.
