Mordvinka was stripped of her driving license due to alcohol problems

In Lambirsk district 39-year-old local resident lost the right to drive. The cause was alcohol-related illness, which is incompatible with safe driving.

The violation was revealed by the prosecutor during the inspection. Despite the diagnosis, the woman still had a valid driving license. According to the supervisory authority, this situation posed a threat to other road users.

The prosecutor appealed to the court to prohibit the woman from driving. The court upheld this decision, and the driving license was declared invalid. Now the prosecutor's office monitors the execution of the judgment.
