MTW invites guests to a free tour of the plant as part of the celebration of World Tourism Day

The head of the museum and industrial center of labor glory of MTZ Sergey Sidorovich noted that such an action in the Belarusian capital is held for the first time.
“Guests at the Minsk Tractor Plant are waiting on September 24 at 15:00,” he said. They will walk along the avenues and streets of the enterprise, visit the mechanical shop No. 5 and the tractor assembly building, inspect the exhibition of BELARUS equipment.
The company also drew attention to the fact that industrial tourists were much more than allocated seats. MTZ has long and confidently taken a leading position in this area: since the beginning of the year, the plant has received about 16 thousand tourists.
As sb.by reported earlier, excursions, master classes and thematic meetings will be held in all regions of Belarus for the World Tourism Day. In particular, in Minsk, excursions will take place around the Planeta Hotel, the Victory Cinema, MAZ, MTZ, the Dynamo National Stadium, Minsk-Arena, the National Library, the Trostenets Memorial Complex, the Watchmaking Museum, walking tours around the historical center, the Theater Behind the Scenes, etc.
World Tourism Day is celebrated annually on September 27. It was established by the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in 1979.
Minsk Tractor Plant is one of the leaders of the world agricultural machinery. The company was founded on May 29, 1946. It produces tractors, communal equipment, equipment for winter sports, universal chassis, forest machines, etc. More than 14,000 people work here.
