The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tyva released the first series of educational cartoon project “Buyan and Bonya”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tyva has released the first series of educational cartoon project “Buyan and Bonya”. The new format is a bold experiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: this is the first experience of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in animation, the purpose of which is to tell residents of the republic about security rules in an easy and accessible form and to form a respectful attitude to the work of the police. The main characters of the cartoon are a contrasting pair, on the interaction of which plots are built. Buyan is a snow leopard, an experienced pro police officer who knows the service thoroughly and is always ready to help. His partner Bonya is a restless tarbagan: because of his impulsive and rash actions, he regularly creates reasons for the work of the police. Through the fun stories and mistakes of Boney, viewers will see where violations lead and learn how to act correctly.
The cartoon combines good humor, everyday situations familiar to everyone, and a bright Tuvan flavor - so the creators strive to make the themes of law and order and security close and interesting for both children and adults. The project is designed for family viewing.
A special highlight of the project is given by the work of director Serenei Demir, a young talent that actively explores the possibilities of artificial intelligence in creativity. The team of creators asks the audience not to judge strictly: this is a debut experience, and the authors sincerely try to make the content understandable, useful and really necessary for the residents of the republic.
In the near future, the first series will be available in the Tuvan language, which will allow to reach an even wider audience and strengthen the cultural and linguistic component of the project.
The animated project "Buyan and Bonya" is not just entertainment, but part of the systematic preventive work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: through emotions and memorable images, the department strives to convey important safety rules to every resident of Tuva.
