In Kuban, calculated the effect of optimizing the work of utilities

In Krasnodar region summed up the results of the first ten projects to improve efficiency in the utilities sector, where process time and labor costs have significantly decreased. The economic effect of optimizing the work of ten housing and communal services enterprises exceeded 56 million rubles. This was reported in the press service of the regional administration.

The results were summed up by resource-supplying organizations that participated in the regional project “Lean Region”. To increase efficiency, specialists used the tools of the federal project “Labor productivity” of the national project “Effective and competitive economy”. According to the Minister of Economy of Kuban Alexei Yurtayev, the time of processes on average decreased by 29%, and labor intensity by 28%.

New approaches were introduced in the Caucasian, Dinsk, Tbilisi, Belorechensk, Mostov, Crimean, Seversky and Korenovsk districts. Experts, together with employees of enterprises, analyzed work processes by steps, removed unnecessary actions and reconstructed the order of tasks.

In the Crimean district, the heat supply company accelerated repairs by 39.5%, and reduced labor intensity by 52%. In Kropotkin, Vodokanal reduced process time by 28.6% and labor costs by 26.5%. In Mostovsky district, an electronic journal in the emergency dispatch service reduced the processing time of appeals by 61.6%.

By the end of the year, another 11 resource supplying organizations of the region will sum up the results of participation in the project.

As previously reported by MK on Kuban, more than 2.5 billion rubles were returned to the budget of the Krasnodar Territory for three years thanks to the work of auditors.
