2.67 billion rubles will be sent to update Astrovodokanal networks

In the Astrakhan region approved a new version of the program of overhaul of municipal infrastructure of the regional center. As it became known to “MK in Astrakhan”, the total funding is 2.67 billion rubles. Funds are provided for the restoration of sewage networks and water passages through urban watercourses.

The program is part of the infrastructure project “Development of the Astrakhan agglomeration”, which combines activities for the development of water supply, sanitation and housing construction systems. Financing is provided from budget loans from the federal budget and the consolidated regional budget.

What will the funds go to

According to the approved list, the total cost of events is 2 billion 671.3 million rubles. Of these, 2 billion 591.1 million rubles account for infrastructure budget loans, another 80.1 million rubles are provided from the consolidated budget of the region.

The largest item of expenditure is related to the overhaul of the sewerage system. 1 billion 166.2 million rubles are provided for these works. The list includes 22 sections of networks located in different parts of Astrakhan.

In particular, we are talking about sewage on Guzhvin Avenue, Akhsharumov, Moldavian, Balakovskaya, Abazanskaya, Energy and Red Army streets. Work is also envisaged on sections of Shaumyan, Kuibyshev, Marfinskaya, Belgorodskaya, Kulikova and Boris Alekseev streets.

For the overhaul of pressure sewer networks laid 442 million rubles. This part of the program includes four facilities, including collectors associated with the No. 3 sewer pumping station on Baer Street.

More than a billion rubles for water passages

A separate direction of the program concerns ducker transitions. These are water pipes laid through water barriers.

For their overhaul provided 1 billion 63 million rubles. The list includes 28 crossings through rivers, channels, canals and eriki of Astrakhan.

Among the objects are the transitions through the Straight Balda, Kutum, Tsarev, the Varvation channel, Silver Volozhka, Cossack Erik, Solyanka and other watercourses.

One of the most expensive objects of this group is located on the passage through the Bold Curve in the alignment of Moscow Square and Sennaya Street. Its cost is about 122.9 million rubles.

What works are planned for 2026 and 2027

The main part of the financing of the program is distributed for 2022-2024. In 2022, 673.6 million rubles of infrastructure budget loans are provided, in 2023 1 billion 69.7 million rubles, in 2024 830.4 million rubles.

The new version of the list also indicates the costs for 2026 and 2027. They are associated with the section of the pressure sewer from the pumping station in the passage of Nikolai Ostrovsky, 13, letter "A".

The cost of this facility is about 18.1 million rubles. Of these, 5.26 million rubles due to the infrastructure budget loan is provided for 2026, another 12.28 million rubles for 2027. The start of implementation is marked by 2026, completion is scheduled for 2027.

The resolution approves the list of objects, terms and amounts of financing, but does not contain information about the actual readiness of each site or the results of acceptance of the work performed. The document enters into force from the date of official publication.
