Students of the Borovichi Agroindustrial College were told about cyber fraud and criminal liability. About the preventive meeting of young Novgorod residents with police representatives reported the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Novgorod region.
Particular attention was paid to changes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Young men and women have been warned that even "innocent" aid can now turn into a criminal case.
For example, if you rent an account in a messenger, transfer someone else’s money through your account or transfer a bank card to a stranger (this is “dropperism”), you can become a suspect.
The meeting was held in the format of a dialogue: the guys asked questions, and the policeman answered them with real cases from practice.
