Novosibirsk residents increased property purchases in other regions
Residents of the Novosibirsk region began to actively purchase real estate outside the region

The most popular direction was the Altai Territory - it had about 2.04 thousand applications. Almost the same number of transactions related to the Kemerovo region – 1.99 thousand. The third position was taken by the Krasnoyarsk Territory with an indicator of 1.89 thousand appeals.
At the same time, the Novosibirsk region itself remains attractive for buyers from other regions and from abroad. According to Ryaguzova, real estate in the region is acquired by residents of almost all Siberia.
Experts attribute this migration to work and education. Novosibirsk remains the largest city in the Siberian Federal District, so moving here may be associated with finding more promising employment or educating children.
The cost of housing also affects demand. Real estate analyst Sergey Nikolaev noted that the average price of real estate Novosibirsk is not the first among the major cities of Siberia. In a number of neighboring regions, housing is more expensive, so owners can sell an apartment at home and buy real estate in Novosibirsk.
According to Ryaguzova, previously a significant share of home buyers in the region were citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Now this flow has decreased somewhat.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that all real estate in the Novosibirsk region was estimated at 13.7 trillion rubles.
