Oleg Denisov told how Penza will prepare for the New year

The mayor of Penza Oleg Denisov shared plans for the preparation of the city for the New Year. According to him, with the first snow, many begin to wait for the holiday. City officials are also preparing for the celebrations.

In mid-November, the main Christmas tree of the city will be installed on Lenin Square. There will also be a house of Santa Claus. LED Christmas trees and two font compositions “2027” will appear on the square. The novelty of this year will be the glowing installation "Happy New Year!". It will be purchased and installed due to the tourist tax. Also, funds from the tour tax will be directed to the decoration of the rink in the Children's Park and the New Year decoration of the Komsomolsky Park.

Another element of the festive decoration will be glowing deer. They will be placed on the Fountain Square and near the drama theater. In the Garden of Glory will be installed a festive arch. In the Park “Backage of Proverbs” will appear favorite Penza photo zone – a ball with a bow.

To transform the Cathedral Square, experts are working to restore the illumination of two figures of Christmas angels. Traditionally, trees are decorated in public spaces. There is also a lot of work being done with businesses. This is done to ensure that elegant beauties delight residents in many corners of Penza.
