From housing and communal services to expired products in the store: what problems do citizens in the KGC of Vitebsk region

The result of the call to the Chairman of the Committee of the region with a request for assistance received on the telephone line was a set of works on maintenance of engineering networks in Vitebsk. In particular, hydrodynamic cleaning of the central drainage system near a residential building, storm sewerage pipeline and drainage within the basement, as well as cleaning the drainage well from roots and vegetation was carried out. The measures taken completely excluded flooding of the basement.

In another case, the causes of hot water supply from taps were quickly identified and eliminated, not only hot, but also cold water supply in the Vitebsk resident’s apartment. In addition, according to the signals of citizens, hot water supply was restored in a residential building on Korotkevich Street in Vitebsk; the roof in an apartment building in the agro-town of Olgovo, Vitebsk district was replaced. Also, the circulation pump of the hot water supply system was replaced with equipment of greater capacity in Barani, Orsha district, a section of the Shatilovo-Krivoyevshchyna-Zalesye highway was paved.
