A pensioner was beaten by a group of teenagers in the yard of a house in Novosibirsk

Investigative authorities began a procedural check after reports of attacks by a group of teenagers on residents of Novosibirsk. Among the victims was an 81-year-old pensioner, reported in the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Earlier, local media wrote about the systematic attacks of schoolgirls in the courtyard of the house on the street 25 years of October. According to the newspaper, the teenagers beat an elderly woman, and also attacked a child and a woman who tried to protect him.

The Investigative Committee reported that minors, according to available information, attacked local residents without a significant reason, insulted and threatened them. In addition, teenagers could damage household property.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the IC for the Novosibirsk region Sergey Artemenko to report on the results of the inspection. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the central office of the department.
