Pensioner from Mordovia returned 119 thousand rubles, stolen by fraudsters

A resident of Romodanovsky district returned his savings after the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office. The pensioner transferred fraudsters 119 thousand rubles, believing in the need to send money to the so-called safe account.

The audit showed that the funds came to the account of a resident of the Voronezh region. The prosecutor’s office, through the court, sought to recover from him illegally obtained money and interest for their use.

The decision was executed: the victim was paid 121 thousand rubles.
