Penza explained when the landlord can enter the apartment

Those who rent housing were reminded of the rules of visits of the owner of the apartment. Lawyer Dmitry Khrulev explained that for an ordinary visit, it is not enough just to warn the employer – the owner needs to obtain consent.

The expert advises to prescribe the order of such visits in the contract: specify the purpose, the permissible frequency, time and period of warning. To use a spare key and enter the apartment against the will of the tenants, the owner has no right.

The exception is emergency situations or a threat to human life and the safety of property. In such cases, access is provided with the participation of the emergency service, the management organization or the police.

If the owner illegally entered the apartment, the tenant can contact the police, and in case of damage - to demand its compensation through the court.

The issue of rent remains relevant: previously the average cost of renting a one-room apartment in Novosibirsk was estimated at about 32 thousand rubles per month.
