In St. Petersburg, a patient with acute pain in the left ear and partial hearing loss was unable to receive medical care in clinic No. 21. The circumstances of the incident were considered by Roszdravnadzor after the patient's treatment.
As follows from the materials of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on August 3, about 17:00, the man came to the registry of the institution on Kosciuszko Street. There he was denied admission due to registration in Lomonosov and the lack of attachment to this clinic.
The patient was sent to the clinic at the city hospital No. 26 on the same street. However, by then it had already closed. Returning to the clinic No. 21, the man again asked for help. An employee of the registry offered him to independently go to the ENT doctor and arrange an appointment.
After the patient refused, the registrar spoke to the doctor herself and informed him that he would not take it. Later, the man personally asked the doctor to examine him because of acute pain, but was refused. At the same time, the doctor issued a list of appointments with recommendations for treatment, without examining the patient.
On September 18, the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor announced a warning to the clinic. The Ministry pointed to the need to ensure the provision of primary health care, including in an urgent form, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Earlier we wrote that Alexander Beglov and Alexander Belsky opened a clinic on Vasilievsky Island.
