In 2026, about 200 residents of the Orel region mastered new professions and skills in the national project “Personnel”. Another 68 students are still studying. This was reported in the regional personnel center.

Among the graduates are 124 people who were looking for work, 10 residents over 50, 6 mothers on parental leave, 5 combat veterans and 1 person with disabilities.

The most popular were IT-programs: on artificial intelligence, development on the 1C platform and website creation. Excursion training is also required. Other areas include decorative interior work, tendering and accounting.

Programs are formed taking into account the requests of employers. After training, many graduates immediately find work in a new specialty.
