In the Chernsky district of the Tula region, working mothers will adjust the schedule at agricultural enterprises to make it more convenient for them to take children from kindergartens and schools. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister of the region Alexei Stepin at an operational meeting with Governor Dmitry Milyaev on September 22.
The reason was the appeal of a local resident, who said that the company has to work for 12 hours. Governor Dmitry Milyaev agreed that there are limited opportunities for work in the village, and promised to solve the problem, including through the search for an investment project.
Stepin added that the issue of schedules is now being worked out manually together with the district and agricultural enterprises, which are the main employers.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that the governor instructed to understand why the official indicators of youth employment diverge from reality. According to him, there is an acute shortage of personnel in the region - up to 15 offers per vacancy, but graduates of universities and colleges still struggle to find work.
