The incident occurred the day before at about 14:50 on the 13th kilometer of the road R-193 "Voronezh - Tambov". A 31-year-old driver approached the inspectors. He said he had a 31-year-old wife in his car, who had severe bleeding and lost consciousness. The man was going with her to the hospital, but worried that he would not have time due to traffic congestion.
According to the police, the woman’s hand was injured during household chores.
Assessing the seriousness of the situation, auto inspectors transplanted the victim into a patrol car. With flashing beacons and a siren on, they quickly brought her to a medical facility and handed her over to doctors. The wife of the woman thanked the DPS staff for coordinated and quick actions.
