Train Santa Claus will arrive in Kazan on December 14

The Santa Claus Train will arrive in the capital of Tatarstan on December 14. In total, this winter the fabulous train will make stops in 11 cities located within the borders of the Gorky Railway. According to the press service of the GZD, this is a record number of stops on the Gorky Railway for the entire duration of the train.

This year will be the sixth trip of the train in Russian cities. The start is scheduled for November 8 in Veliky Ustyug, and the route will last 63 days. During this time, the festive staff will overcome about 24 thousand kilometers and look at 65 cities.

The Santa Claus train is a real mobile residence of the winter wizard: there is an elegant steam locomotive ahead, and various thematic cars follow it. Guests will be able to visit the salon-reception, where you can meet with Santa Claus, walk through the fabulous village, participate in games and quests in the carriage of the Snow Queen, watch a performance in the puppet theater, choose souvenirs in the shop, and also sit in a restaurant or buffet.

At each stop at the stations, a bright animation program is prepared for the children.

The history of the festive route began on December 5, 2021. Over the past five years, the train managed to travel 372 cities, travel more than 128,000 kilometers and spend a total of 298 days on the road.
