Chasing and service dogs: in the Ulyanovsk region worked out the detention of fugitives

In the Ulyanovsk region, UFSIN officers conducted exercises to search for and detain prisoners who escaped. Participants were trained to act in emergency situations, including when trying to escape during transportation.

The exercises were held in the department for escorting the regional FSIN under the leadership of the head of the unit Viktor Mosin.

Employees worked out several scenarios: an attempt to escape while escorting, the pursuit of fugitives and their detention on hot trails.

During the practical part, the participants used special tools and service dogs. Particular attention was paid to the speed of response and interaction between units.

Following the results of the exercises, Viktor Mosin positively assessed the training of employees. The department noted that such trainings are held regularly and help maintain the readiness of personnel for emergency situations.
