Holiday on the platform: Ulyanovsk is preparing to meet the train Santa Claus

Residents of Ulyanovsk will be able to meet with Santa Claus and his fabulous assistants on December 17, 2026. On this day, the festive train will make a stop in the regional center.

The trip to Russia will begin today, November 8, in Veliky Ustyug. In 63 days, the train will cover about 24 thousand kilometers and visit 65 cities of the country.

As part of the festive train, there is a Santa Claus reception room, a Snow Queen carriage with games and quests, a puppet theater, a souvenir shop and a restaurant.

During the stop in Ulyanovsk, guests are waiting for a free entertainment program with artists and animators. For ticket holders, there is a meeting with Santa Claus, a fabulous quest, tea party or puppet performance.

Ticket sales will open 30 days before the train arrives. The exact stop time and detailed program will be announced by the organizers.

The project is being implemented by Russian Railways together with the government of the Vologda region. During the previous five seasons, the Santa Claus train visited 372 Russian cities.
