The blogger published a video on the Internet about the incompetent, in his opinion, actions of law enforcement officers. The Ministry of Internal Affairs commented on this and provided a video from the police building, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

The Ministry found out the circumstances of the events preceding the video blogger. On the evening of September 16, a 19-year-old resident of the capital called number 102 and said that Tolochin had been subjected to unlawful actions by representatives of one of the nationalities at the railway station. Law enforcement officers went to the rescue and detained the offenders of the guy for petty hooliganism.

The applicant was invited to the local ROVD - it was required to carry out mandatory procedural actions in such situations. They took time to complete, so the young man had to stay in the police building. Her staff tried to create a guy more comfortable conditions and offered him a blanket, hot tea, food and medical care.

The Interior Ministry warned citizens, including Internet users, from spreading false information: the law provides for liability.
