Representatives of the MFC and ICT Department of Pomerania received awards for their contribution to the development of digital services

Gratitudes of the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation were awarded to the Director of the Arkhangelsk Regional MFC Denis Boytsov and the engineer of the ICT Management Information Systems Development Department of the Arkhangelsk Region Elena Lichutina. The awards were presented by the acting Minister of Communications and Information Technologies of the region Ilya Shelyuk.

Under the leadership of Denis Boytsov, the My Documents system in Pomorie is actively developing: there are 30 MFC offices in the region for 192 document acceptance and issuance windows and 89 territorially separated units for 93 windows, as well as three service windows in the service center in Arkhangelsk and Kotlas. More than 400 state and municipal services are provided through the MFC, the project “MFCs – public reception authorities and organizations” is being implemented, free online consultations are held.

Elena Lichutina dedicated her work to the development and development of information systems, including electronic document management. The introduction of such services accelerates bureaucratic processes and makes obtaining public services more comfortable for residents of the region - this is an important part of the regional digital transformation program within the framework of the national project "Data Economy".
