The Prosecutor’s office has achieved the reconstruction of emergency heating networks in Zheleznogorsk

Two heating networks with a total length of about 3 km are worn out more than permissible - technical diagnostics recognized the condition of the pipelines as unsatisfactory. There have been 11 accidents in three years.

To ensure that the warmth to the residents came reliably, the interdistrict prosecutor filed a lawsuit: to oblige the city administration and MUP "Gorteploset" to reconstruct the dilapidated networks. The court granted the claim.

The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
