Disassembled tickets for the first flight of the “Merchant Express” from Tambov

On September 26, the new retrotrain “Merchant Express” will depart from Tambov for the first time. The project launches two directions of the weekend. Even before the first flight, the train caused a stir of interest - all seats for the next trip are already booked. The next date for which tickets are still available is September 27.

Passengers are waiting for the program “Michurinsk through the centuries”. It will introduce the history of the city - from the fortress of Kozlov and merchant traditions to the modern science city and the scientific heritage of I. V. Michurin. In the route - historical objects of the city and a visit to the local history museum in the estate of the merchant Strelnikov.

The Sunday route will offer the program “Aseevs – the history of the dynasty”. Guests will learn about the development of cloth production, the Aseev merchant dynasty and the cultural heritage of Raskazovo. The program includes a city tour and a visit to the museum complex “Estate of the Aseevs”.

A special atmosphere of travel begins on the way: the retro train car is stylized as a merchant living room of the late XIX – early XX century.
