The gap between companies with remoters in Moscow and St. Petersburg was 7%

In St. Petersburg, about 34% of employers have remote employees. This is 7% less than in Moscow (41%), but more than in other regions (27%). For six months, the share of such companies in the whole country decreased from 35% to 31%. Superjob reports.

Large businesses practice removal more often: among companies with a staff of more than 1000 people - 38%, among small (up to 100 people) - only 21%. Employees abroad remain rare: in St. Petersburg, only 1% of companies reported such workers.

Where removal is available, it typically covers less than 10% of staff (78% of companies). Most often, IT specialists (50%), HR (19%), accountants, financiers and salespeople (13%) work remotely.
