Restaurant "Vologda" is preparing for opening in St. Petersburg

On the first floor of the cultural and tourist center "Vologda" on Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg will soon open the restaurant of the same name. This was reported by the Governor of the region Georgy Filimonov. The design project has almost become a reality.

The premises were redesigned and repaired. The design used ornaments and motifs of Vologda lace, including the Vologda bird. Furniture decoration refers to the forest wealth of the region. Now the restaurant is mounting food unit equipment.

Visitors will be able to get acquainted with the gastronomic culture of the Russian North. The menu will feature regional recipes made from local projects. There are plans to conduct immersive programs, children's master classes, gastro dinners and tasting sets.

The governor will announce the opening date later.
