The Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Ryazan and Tambov regions declared invalid declarations of conformity to a large batch of grain registered by Snabzhenets LLC.
According to the press service of the Ministry, control measures against the society were held on November 2. Specialists analyzed information in the systems of FGIS Rosaccreditation and FGIS "Grain".
It was established that the company issued two declarations for feed wheat and food barley harvest in 2026 with a total volume of 7 thousand tons. However, the data of FGIS "Grain" showed: at the time of sampling for research, these batches have not yet been formed by LLC "Snabzhenets".
As a result of the inspection, it turned out that the issued declarations do not allow confirming the compliance of grain with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 015/2011 "On grain safety" in the declared volume.
As a result of the audit, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department decided to invalidate the declarations. Warnings have been issued to the business owner.
