Russian woman sues the employer because of problems with intimacy

A resident of the suburbs demanded from the former employer 15 thousand rubles for moral damage after, according to her, because of the delay of the work book, she lost her sexual desire. This is reported by the telegram channel Baza.

The woman waited almost a month for the document after dismissal. She asked to send it by registered letter, but the HR department explained the delay by quarantine, then by the fact that the post office does not work. As a result, the workbook was delivered by a courier.

The woman claims that during the wait she also lost her appetite and began to lose hair. She linked the deterioration of health with experiences and, according to her, turned to a psychologist and neurologist.

In addition to compensation for moral damage, the ex-employee asked to recover from the former employer earnings for the month, which, according to her calculations, she lost due to the delay of the document. The dispute ended with a settlement agreement, but its terms were not disclosed.
