Ryazan told where to complain about the lack of lighting in the yard

Residents of the Ryazan region can solve issues on improving the quality of lighting in the courtyards of apartment buildings through the application "State Services House". This was reported in the housing inspectorate of the region.

The department explained that the responsibility for lighting directly depends on the location of the lamp. If it is located on a land plot that is part of the common property of an apartment building, the management company is responsible for its maintenance. If the lanterns stand along city roads or in public spaces outside the boundaries of the courtyard, their maintenance is carried out by the local administration. The management organization is also obliged to monitor the light in the entrances and on the stairwells.

To solve the problem with lighting, Ryazans can send an application through the application “Public Services House”. This will require a confirmed public service account. In the appeal, it is necessary to describe the malfunction and, if necessary, attach photos of the dark area.
