From November 1, Volgograd residents are waiting for new laws on benefits and labeling of goods
Since the beginning of November in Russia comes into force a package of legislative changes – they will affect different aspects of life: from shopping in online stores to registration of benefits and business
Labeling and traceability: control will be stricter
The Honest Sign system strengthens supervision over certain categories of products. Now each package of vegetable oils must have an individual marking, and when transferring goods to partners, the labeling code must be fixed in accompanying documents. This approach allows you to track the path of each unit of production from production to the counter.
For dairy products with a shelf life of more than 40 days, partition accounting is introduced: the documents will need to indicate the batch number. In addition, the mandatory labeling of fertilizers in consumer packaging is established - manufacturers and suppliers are obliged to apply identification means to the goods.
Alcohol Market: New Capital Requirements
Conditions for the release of temporal distillate are tightening. Companies planning to start production and issue a license must have an authorized capital of at least 100 million rubles. For existing enterprises, this requirement will become mandatory later – by spring 2028.
Faster and more transparent: Payment accounting
From November 1, the procedure for updating data on the payment of traffic police fines and state duties is changing. Information must be received in the state information system not later than an hour after the payment. The Federal Treasury is responsible for the transfer of data. The innovation is designed to exclude situations where a citizen has already repaid the debt, but is still listed in the database as a debtor.
Preferential travel in the Volgograd region: new conditions
In the region, the rules for purchasing a social pass for pensioners and pre-pensioners for the period from November to April have been adjusted. Now the right to benefits depends on the level of income: social protection will check the average per capita income of the family – it should not exceed 1.7 of the subsistence minimum established in the Volgograd region.
MFC: convenient schedule for visitors
The large offices of My Documents in Volgograd, Volga and Kamyshin will switch to an updated mode of operation from November 1. On Thursdays, the centers will be open until 20.00, on Saturdays until 13.00. This schedule is designed for those who can not apply for the service in the daytime on weekdays.
