In Minsk from September 24 include heating: who will give heat first

In Minsk, it was decided to start supplying heat to consumers of the first stage. Heating is allowed from September 24. This was reported in the Mingorispolkom.

First of all, the heat will begin to flow to socially important institutions:

3. 3.medical and preventive and medical organizations;
4. 4.social security
5. 5.specialized educational and sports institutions;
6. 6.museums;
7. 7.state archives;
8. 8.libraries;

The decision was made against the background of a decrease in temperature and the onset of the autumn period.

What criteria apply

In Belarus, the inclusion of heating is carried out in stages. For consumers of the first stage, the basis is the average daily outdoor air temperature of +10 ° C and lower for three consecutive days.

After socially significant objects are warmly served in housing, dormitories, educational institutions, except for kindergartens and schools, theaters and city-wide baths. For this group, a lower temperature threshold is used - +8 ° C and below for three consecutive days.

Thus, from September 24, heating in Minsk will be included in the first stage, and the timing of connecting residential buildings will depend on the actual average daily temperature and the decision of the city authorities. Heat supply to buildings is usually carried out in stages, so in some facilities heating may not appear simultaneously.
