With consultation and delivery: learned how the first state online pharmacy works in Belarus

The first state online pharmacy in Belarus expands the opportunities for residents to purchase pharmacy products using digital services. This was announced during the briefing “State Pharmacy Policy: Digital Mechanisms of Accessibility of Drug Care” by the Deputy Head of Pharmacy No. 100 Jana Kiszko.

The online pharmacy delivers over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, medical equipment and other pharmacy products to anywhere in Minsk and Minsk district. At the same time, the current legislation does not allow the delivery of prescription drugs to the house, but they can be booked in advance through the website, and then obtained at the pharmacy. The service works around the clock. You can place an order at any convenient time through the site: select the necessary goods, add them to the cart, specify the delivery address, personal data and the appropriate time interval. If necessary, the user can leave additional comments on the order. After registration, an SMS confirmation comes, and a courier contacts the buyer before delivery.

If there is no access to the Internet, the specialists of the unified reference service number 169 will help to place an order and get advice on goods. Delivery is carried out on the day of placing the order: on weekdays during registration until 15:00, and on weekends and holidays - until 14:00. By its structure, the online pharmacy works on the principle of a familiar online store, making the purchase process as simple and understandable as possible for users. There is a bonus program for regular customers.

After registration, the bonus account is charged from 2 to 4 percent of the purchase price. Accumulated bonuses can pay up to 20% of the cost of goods for subsequent orders. Additional features are provided by a pharmabot – a virtual assistant in Telegram, integrated with an online pharmacy. With it, you can find the necessary medicines, determine the nearest pharmacy by geolocation, compare prices, and set up reminders about taking medications.
