He paid special attention to issues related to security in everyday life and the Internet. Children learned how not to become a victim of fraudsters, by what signs to recognize fraud and who to contact if there is a dangerous or suspicious situation.
Students took an active part in the conversation. They were interested in what qualities the investigator should have and how his working day is constructed. Students dispelled myths about the profession and learned how important attentiveness, logic and the ability to work with information in the work of law enforcement officers
Such meetings help children to better understand what the legal field is, and to realize responsibility for their actions. And the younger generation learns that law enforcement is not only the investigation of crimes, but also their prevention, helping people, protecting their rights.
Concluding the lesson, Alexander Korgin introduced schoolchildren to the project “Exit 31”, which refers to the provisions of Article 31 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: a person is released from liability in case of voluntary refusal to commit a crime. At the same time, it is necessary to immediately inform law enforcement agencies about what is happening and stop any actions related to the illegal act.
