Delivery service of over-the-counter medicines and pharmacy products operates in Minsk and Minsk district

On the site Pharmamall.by you can book an order with home delivery. According to the specialist, the service delivers to any point of the capital and Minsk district. The online range includes over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements (BAAs), medical equipment and other pharmaceutical products.

- As for medicines that are sold according to a doctor's prescription, at the moment, according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, their delivery to the house is prohibited, Kishko said. However, such medicines can be booked through the Pharmamall website and picked up independently at the pharmacy.

The speaker also explained that the site works around the clock. The buying algorithm is standard. You need to select goods, add them to the basket, specify the address, name and choose a convenient time interval. After that, the buyer receives an SMS confirmation, and a courier contacts him before arriving. For citizens who do not have access to the Internet, there is an alternative: order by phone.

- You can make an application through the help service at 169, Kishko said. There are pharmacists on the line who will give qualified advice.

According to the speaker, the speed of delivery depends on the time of registration of the application. On weekdays, when ordering before 15:00, goods will be brought day after day, on weekends and holidays for delivery day after day, the order must be issued before 14:00. At the same time, with a check of more than 60 BYN, courier delivery in Minsk and Minsk district is free. If the order amount is less, the service will cost 10 BYN.

- There is a loyalty program for regular customers, Kishko noted. When registering in it, users are charged from 2 to 4% of the purchase price in the form of bonuses. In the future, they can pay up to 20% of the cost of goods on the next order.

The representative of RUE "Belfarmatsia" added that a special virtual assistant is connected to the online pharmacy - "Pharmabot" in Telegram. It helps in finding medicines, finds the nearest pharmacy to the consumer by geolocation and monitors favorable prices. In addition, the virtual assistant can remind a person about the time of taking medications, will tell you the places in the capital where you can hand over expired or obsolete medicines for subsequent disposal.
