Shklov district service should become a conductor of the manufacturer for the restoration of agricultural machinery, tractors and other self-propelled equipment. This was discussed at a training seminar on modern approaches to regional development on the example of Shklovsky district, reports sb.by.

One of the points of the seminar was the RUE Shklovsky District Agroservice, where, on the instructions of the President, a large-scale modernization was completed several months ago. Earlier, the Head of State got acquainted with the results of these works, and during a long trip to the Mogilev region on November 6, he again visited the facility.

Now the complex consists of five buildings - an office, a central repair shop, a warranty warehouse building, a welding and body repair shop for trailers, a service station for passenger cars, and five structures. At the multifunctional complex, almost the entire plume of equipment is repaired: forage harvesters and grain harvesters, tractors, even utilities graders, said Sergey Nizovets, director of RUE Shklovsky District Agroservice:

- The company is fully commissioned, more than half of the required employees were selected. The workshop is able to “put on its feet” energy-saturated tractors, forage and grain harvesters, forklifts and other equipment. Our prospects are good, we have all the necessary equipment. The facility is very important to the area. Yes, the farms have their own workshops, but they do not perform complex repairs. Our center can accept equipment of any scale. This is a huge help to our farms. At any, especially hot, time, when every minute counts, we can lend a shoulder to agricultural enterprises. This year, during the harvesting period, the very first equipment that came to us were harvesters of Lubinici-Agro. After that, tractors, MAZ cars went.

At the district agroservice, a section of repair of livestock equipment operates separately, which will allow not only repair and maintenance of milking plants, but also the entire dairy complex as a whole. In the warehouse of the warranty set, an exchange fund of engines, gearboxes is formed, which will allow repairing equipment promptly, without long downtime. Also on the base there is a maintenance station for passenger cars, a welding workshop and body repair of trailer equipment.

The main task of the center is to make high-quality service for agricultural producers affordable and prompt, says Stanislav Karpovich, Head of the Main Department of Technical Progress and Energy, State Supervision over the Technical Condition of Machines and Equipment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

- Preparation of equipment is an important stage in the life of every agricultural organization. 95% of equipment is repaired in agricultural enterprises with the use of components, components and assemblies repaired at agroservice organizations. They participate in repairs when the farm cannot organize the repair of technically complex goods. Good engineering potential is concentrated here, which solves the problems of repairing equipment at the highest level. These service organizations should be the technical centers of manufacturers. The plant transfers them the technology of repair and restoration of components and assemblies. There will be a service center of Amkodor, Gomselmash. Technical provision of agricultural organizations and timely preparation of equipment are the main criteria for assessing the performance of all technologies in the agro-industrial complex.

The equipment that goes into agriculture is significantly different from the one that was ten years ago in terms of complexity, manufacturability, maintainability, said Brestoblagroservice CEO Vladimir Makhnach:

- In order for this equipment to be properly and well operated, it must be properly maintained and repaired. Not every farm can create such conditions in principle. The President decided that regional agro-service organizations should be, should exist, should develop. And in Shklov we see one of the brightest examples of this decision or the implementation of this decision. After all, in order not only to repair, but also to maintain equipment that works in the village, highly qualified, competent specialists are needed, as well as a base, devices, tools and conditions for people. Shklovsky district service is an example of how it should be in each region and in the future, probably in each district. In the Brest region there is also something to take note of. We have followed the same path and are actively implementing all these decisions and orders. We have made reconstruction of all buildings and premises in Zhabinkovskaya agricultural machinery. Now we are finishing a similar project in Kobrin, there will be a dealership MTZ.

Chairman of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee Nikolai Bortnik stressed that a new stage of evolution of agricultural services development is visible in Shklov:

- We see where we're going. Both Ivanovo district and Brest region, by and large, are leaders in dairy production. Without milk, Belarus is probably no longer associated, as well as without potatoes. And, of course, you need to have something of your own for maintenance and maintenance of equipment. And so the direction that we're seeing now has to evolve. I did not say for nothing that this is another round of the evolution of rayagroservices.
