The staff of the Novocheboksary dental clinic was replenished by graduates of medical college

The nurses Daria Solovyova and Anna Koval started their work.

For Daria, the choice of profession was associated with the desire to help people. Continued the family medical dynasty: her great-uncle Tatiana Markova worked for many years in the same clinic, the elder sister Ksenia Tomchuk works here. In the surgical office, a young specialist masters the profession under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Anna Koval works in the children's dental department. In 2022, her family moved from Mariupol to Chuvashia. The decision to become a nurse, the girl took after a meeting with the staff of the clinic, who came with a puppet performance to children temporarily living in the sanatorium “Salampi”.

Now Anna is learning from mentor Irina Zernyaeva. Daria is assisted by an experienced colleague Oksana Remneva.

Support for young personnel is an important part of the national project “Long and active life”. Mentoring helps beginners quickly master professional skills and confidently develop in medicine.
