The Investigative Committee of Russia addressed the residents of the Tula region with an official warning about criminal liability for minors for committing sabotage and terrorist crimes.
Recently, law enforcement agencies in the region have recorded a significant number of proposals for “easy earnings”, distributed through fake accounts in social networks and instant messengers. Attackers purposefully manipulate teenagers, skillfully involving them in illegal activities and exerting strong psychological pressure, using the frivolity or material difficulties of young people.
Terrorists have no principles and morals: to achieve their goals, they are ready for anything, and their proposals lead only to a ruined life and real prison terms. The Investigative Committee urges Tula schoolchildren, students and their parents to exercise maximum vigilance, not to trust dubious messages on the Internet and always think about the consequences of their actions.
For visual prevention of offenses among young people, it is recommended to watch the documentary “Terrorism”. Behind the scenes" prepared by STRK "Stavropol" with the participation of the anti-terrorist commission of the Stavropol Territory, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Stavropol Territory and other law enforcement agencies. The film reveals the real mechanisms of recruitment and the tragic fate of those who succumbed to the persuasion of curators.
